As we move through the world in our everyday lives, we accumulate energetic imprints through our interactions. Emotions, experiences, thought patterns, memories, and so much more are stored in our bodies and biofields, manifesting in innumerable ways. Using Integrated Energy Therapy, Usui Reiki, and/or Earth Evolution Reiki, we will create a space that promotes healing, releasing, clearing, and grounding. Energetic healing can soothe the individual on the physical, mental, and emotional levels, easing symptoms like pain and anxiety, while promoting relaxation, deep rest, and rejuvenation on the energetic level. Sessions can be held virtually or in person.

I provide companionship as you traverse your inner realms to work through old beliefs, break old habits, discover new depths, and welcome yourself home. This is a space where you will be empowered to dig deep, and as you excavate, I will be here to provide energetic support, intuitive guidance, accountability, and cheerleading! Each 1:1 agreement is highly tailored to the participant and will involve varying degrees of energy healing, astrology, and spiritual guidance, as well as more traditional holistic coaching methods.
